I think so. I know a guy who did not receive AOR last night, he was just be able to see ECAS this morning. Still no AOR.

I see Yampower who received documents request the same day as me get an AOR. I wonder if AOR's are send the same order as the invitation to apply based on the initial application submission in January 2019?

also wonder if AOR is only for applicants in the 20K after weeding all the ineligible ones from the initial application. I wish there was some uniformity in how things are done to save some tension and unnecessary calls to IRCC

For OPTION 3 - Going to Mexico are there any challenges? Will VFS accept them to take Biometrics are there Mexican Facility even though they are not from Mexico?

If there is no problem to do it in USA, I don't see why it would be a problem for Mexico. You can book appointment online.

Anybody Applied for Indian PCC from BLS Canada (Whose parents are here in Canada on Super Visa). The checklist says they need a Vistor Record. Checked IRCC website, it states that to get a Visitor record the processing time is 30 days. Don't they accept just the Canadian visa and stamped page on the passport instead of visitor record.

That is not correct.
Based on the updates on AOR we saw yesterday, I believe its based on when your COMPLETE application was received by IRCC rather than your invitation to apply in Jan 2019.

I believe the visitor visa stamped on the passport and its photocopy is sufficient.
You may give a call to your local BLS centre and they can suggest you.

Based on the updates on AOR we saw yesterday, I believe its based on when your COMPLETE application was received by IRCC rather than your invitation to apply in Jan 2019.

They stopped at May 17th application received date last night. Nothing to do with the EOI order. We will probably see more changes today and coming weeks.

in that case I should have got it along with YAMpower as we submitted the same document the same time, which is the cause of worry for me.
