Mine was May 17th no AOR no Ecas status.

My take is even for same day applicants, the times are different.
For e.g in tracker you will see multiple applicants for same date but their ecas becomes available over 2-3 days .

No need to worry
There is no official announcement from IRCC regarding how many invitations they sent for 2019 intake.
They have 27,000 interest to sponsor forms and will start sending the invitations again once they evaluate the completeness of all the applications until they reach 20,000 mark received till June 28, 2019.
No need to worry at all for those who have submitted the applications by deadline and could not see anything in ECAS yet.
Please correct me if I am wrong

Also able to link the application today with the file number provided in email.

Official msg from IRCC:

Given the number of valid interest to sponsor forms we have, we don’t expect to open the form again this year.

Will you stop accepting parent/grandparent applications when you reach 20,000 complete ones even if it’s before June 28?

If you were invited to apply, we’ll accept your complete application if we get it on or before June 28, 2019. If we get your application after the deadline, we’ll return it to you.

We have once again moved into the situation of the haves and have nots.

Started with have confirmation number or not.

Then ITA.

Now it is AOR.

So until one moves into the haves group you never know.

If your application is complex, it may take us longer than normal processing times to process your application.

Your application may be more complex if:

• we requested more documents and they weren’t submitted on time, or at all
• you or a family member were asked to appear for an interview

Guess I should share the news, as many of you did, I also received the AOR last night
The application was received on April 26th, 2019 and it still says "application received" on ECAS as of 10AM
