Can you provide me a link where I can check? I think it ll take more than a month to get the document, so I think it is safe to get it beforehand, I wasnt sure if it was possible. City is Chandigarh.

My city is also Chandigarh, though mine is 5th June appl, so will take sometime for document requests.

So, were you able to submit the documents online? I can submit my parents - 10th grade or university certificates as they don't have any birth certificate/late birth registration proof.

Do we have to attach any explanation letter or affidavit if the birth certificates are not available? Trying to get ready for the next steps.

The documents have to be emailed (email ID is provided in the letter. OR one can mail the documents as well but it will result in slower processing.

A simple self signed letter mentioning that no Birth Certificates are available and10th grade / Univ certificates are being provided should suffice. Depending on school / Univ you may have to translate the certificates but I believe most schools /Univ certificates from that era were bilingual / in english anyways.

Parents are here in Canada from almost 2 years and I have got the same generic letter. I am curious about the Biometrics Request? Because when I Submitted the file originally I was not required to submit the biometrics fees and never received any request as well as of now.

I am wondering if anyone else is in same situation? And are there still any chances that we will get Biometrics request?

Today I emailed all the documents that were requested on Sept 27th by CPC-M as follows:
-original request letter
-receipt to show RPRF
-all pages of passport along with translation of entry and exit stamps that were not in English
-police certificate along with translation
-country specific requirements: PA's birth certificate along with translation
-Travel form
-Resume
-my father's death certificate along with translation (that was requested previously)
