My profile would have expired today 02/24/17. I withdrew the old profile and created a new one yesterday 02/23/17 at 11:00AM using the same GC Key, deactivated my Job Bank Registration and reactivated it using the new EE Profile number and job seeker validation code. By 3:40PM same day I got NOI from Ontario. In my opinion I don't think it would hurt for you to do the profile recreation now. Step out in faith.
Good luck!
just curious. how do they pick people to invite them to apply? i'm sitting at 430 with noc 1111 but didn't get anything from them despite indicating my interest.
What xpressentry is saying could be right. They may not be very prompt in updating on site. If they are not able to fix issue related to recreation of profiles even after 1+ year, they can do anything.

No harm in creating a new profile. I believe Ontario has 6000 PNPs and they are releasing 1500 every quarter. Ontario announced PNP on 21st and it's 3 days already and they have issued their invitations to people who had created new profiles on 18th. May be the 1500 for this quarter has been allocated already. There are many candidates who are not on the forum so whoever is active on the forum reports their updates but nobody can monitor the updates of those who are not on the forum.
Ontario's human capital is so vague that I am curious to know what their criteria is. There will be 5000+ candidates in the pool above 400 who did not get an ITA yet. How does Ontario cherry pick? Is it by highest score or NOC or the new profiles are just lucky.

& those 1500 will be across masters, PhD & human capital, so approx 500 each. They already announced pause for Masters. Only reason human capital might not be exhausted yet is, if they found that issue related to existing profiles still exists.
