I am sitting at 438 with NOC 2182 and have Ontario selected as one of my destinations in the Provinces that I had listed in my EE profile, but haven't received a Ontario nomination yet. My guess is that there're a lot of people between 400-450 and so some have not received a nomination. Is this correct guys?
As I can see some people got the OINP NOI and some people still waiting ! both are qualify for Human Capital Priorities Stream with CRS 400 above.
I understand there're lot of people between 400-440 but how CIC will be selecting them? it sounds like they're cherry picking people to fill up Ontario high demand jobs.

If the current trend for express entry draw continues, I feel all those with 435 points and above could get a call directly from IRCC in the next draw after 2 weeks or so. They won't need OINP PT notification...
When did you created profile? I saw msgs from 2 individuals getting invite, however they both created profile in last 3 days. If we recreat profile now, it will take few hours to be active again. Not sure if I should do it.
My profile expires on February 28th and I am sitting at 431 points with NOC 2171. Should I create a new profile already? I am hesitating because it takes some time the new profile becomes active, and in the meantime I might miss an invitation. What do you think?
I remember reading about having to recreate the GC Key to get the invite for some profiles from Ontario. Can't find that thread now; hopefully it's not the case now and I just haven't received the invite yet. Like you said, I will wait until Mar 8th with high hopes ...
What is status of profile? Once you recreate profile, you need to update New EE Profile Number & Job Seeker Validation Code in Job Bank. After that, it takes upto 24 hours to change Job Bank Registration status from "Pending" to Registered. I recreated profile 10 hours back & it is still showing my Job Bank Registration status as Pending.

My profile would have expired today 02/24/17. I withdrew the old profile and created a new one yesterday 02/23/17 at 11:00AM using the same GC Key, deactivated my Job Bank Registration and reactivated it using the new EE Profile number and job seeker validation code. By 3:40PM same day I got NOI from Ontario. In my opinion I don't think it would hurt for you to do the profile recreation now. Step out in faith.
Good luck!
