Guys, I'm confused. On website it says:

"OINP searches the Express Entry pool and identifies potential candidates who:
Have a minimum score of 400 on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) in CIC’s Express Entry system, and
Meet the criteria of Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities Stream (see Section 2 for more information)."

What exactly is that criteria? does Ontario look for specific education/work experience? does anyone know?

We don't know for certain. However it's closed right now and not taking applicants. It may reopen later this year.

No one knows the criteria, but as far as I know it is an automatic process of sending out invites for CRS 400 and above.
