I had called IRCC yesterday to check if they have sent AOR by any chance because we havent got the AOR Yet.
Agent said no they havent and probably after Background check they might issue AOR.

Today in PR tracker saw below - are they updating our calls too on PR tracker?
Dec 02, 2024
We received your enquiry.

Thanks,

yes, agent will open your files every time you call and it shows up in the tracker as "We received your enquiry".

How do you know you missed a signature? The AOR letter has this information or you get a seperated letter? I submited application on OTC 22 and was asked to resubmitted my police certicate due to lost of QR code on Nov 13, was that letter represent AOR? there was a application NO on the file.

The AOR letter had requested I submit a new IMM5669 form. Then, I looked at the one I had submitted originally and realized a signature was missing.

The letter you got is your AoR if it has your application number and UCI.

I dont think so. I called them yesterday and they said my aor has not been sent yet. It might take few weeks. So the letter with app NO can not be recognised as an AOR letter.

expect for BIL

Hey, my partner(the PA) and I (the sponsor) applied for common law sponsorship on Oct 25th 2024. We applied via an immigration lawyer.
All we see on the pr-portal is “submitted” neither the applicant nor the sponsor have received any communication from IRCC.

if anyone else has the same timeline as mine, can you please tell me what to except next? I read people talking about about some GC-key portal, how do i access that? And who needs to create a profile the applicant or the sponsor? And will either of us be receiving any communication or will it be sent to the lawyer?

hey everyone, we got the AOR on Dec 3rd. What to expect next? And when can we expect “Approval in Principle”?

for this timeframe ( Oct-Nov 2024), what should be the ideal time to receive BIL after AOR? I received AOR on November 1st and still waiting for BIL. Any advise is appreciated

Finally link to PR tracker.
Submit on Oct.22
Medical exam status has been updated to Completed and Eligibility status of sponsor has been updated to Completed on Dec. 4
