Unfortunately yes. You are placed in a processing queue. This is the only part I hate. I feel like you from once the application is open they should just continue . Meanwhile you have to sit and wait again .. smh

Didnt know it was possible, but I saw on the sheet, couple of others had similar instances.
PA got BIL request but Sponsor didnt get the AOR email yet.

Yes , everything out of order now. I see some getting everything , even SA and no AOR

I forgot to put S/O on children part on the form (because we haven't had any kids yet), so they returned the form and I have to be in queue again. I just don't get it it's just frustrating. I applied since 10 october but now it considered as I applied since 2nd Nov.

Linking the PR application in Principal Applicant GCkey - when is this possible?
After receiving AOR or before that? because when we try to Link application - it says no Application found in GC Key.

Also is there a possibility that an Application be returned after receiving BIL? (just asking for peace of mind lol)

(something wrong with your user that I can't quote your post or even tag you)
Before AOR is also possible but no one can tell if you input something wrong or if the application is not registered yet. After AOR you should be able to link it with application number.
BIL is when they start processing so no, it won't be returned.
