yeah i did, didn't get any useful information from them.

Did you email them directly or did you contact them through online web form? I haven't received anything after my AOR and no changes in tracker since Nov 19 but they did respond to me via email to reassure me that my file is still in process.

I called them and they're very nice but its generic information. My file is in process, they'll message me if anything is needed etc. i think if i had accesss to the tracker i might feel better but without that too, it wasn't helping my anxiety. so now, i'm just going to wait till i hear something. hopefully before the christmas break

they suppose to fix it they cant stay like that you dont find soultion to fix tracker

I am curious what message are you getting when you try creating your application tracker account. All i needed was my UCI number and Case number which are in your AOR email. From there you will get a verification code to the email that's linked to your application.

Not getting the code. My AOR is Oct. 22 and I have same issue. I can see my email address there when I try to create an account for tracker but not getting the code upon clicking. Been checking everyday. Tried contacting IRCC through web form, got general reply asking to follow same procedure. Haven't got any update after AOR. Looks like next update I'll get would be after the christmas.
