Clarify in your reply that the expired passport was surrendered for destruction during renewal and cannot be provided. You should reiterate that all travel details were included in your application including calculation of your physical presence. Attach any supporting evidence, like a renewal receipt or travel records. After emailing them you may follow up via the web form if there’s no response within 30 days. All the best!
I have already replied to them. Is it a bad idea to send a second reply to add more to this request before they reply to my initial reply?

If you look at the google sheet & also august/september applicants on this forum- you'll see some outliers but in general it's about 2 months from AOR till people get a response for test invite. I'm the same AOR date as you, also can't access tracker, but you can call IRCC and they can at least tell you which parts of your application are in progress or not. that's what i did. I'm sure by 1st-2nd week of december, more October applicants will start to get test invites.

it will take 1 to 2 months to get test invitation. it may vary as we are getting close to the holidays( Stat) so you may see some delays on sending invitations. be Patience you will get it soon, all you can do is prepare for the exam to get it done as soon as you are scheduled

Question regarding AOR and other communication. Do we receive this and other communication through the email provided on the application?
Thanks
I am a bit concerned with the Additional information they requested on Nov 19 and I haven't heard anything back from them after since. On the Tracker it still says under "Your next steps (1)" you need to submit additional documents based on the email they sent me. I did this on the same day I received the request on Nov 19 and am not sure if the tracker is just slow on getting updated or are they not satisfied with the information I have provided them. Any idea or suggestions weather or not i should be worried about the time it is taking to verify the additional information and the status on the tracker?
