QQ: I submitted my application on 18-Oct-2023 (online).
I never got an email that says the application is submitted/received.
Should we get one? From which email Id it should come from?

That email you get is the AOR(from past data around 1-1.5months), immediately after submission in the same portal you see that application submitted and it's not same as AOR.

Are you sure you submitted it? The system is confusing as you had to submit twice. It should come in the email used to sign into the portal

Hi guys received my AOR. Its the email with a pdf attached right? The PDF is like "
This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship. We will review your
application and supporting documents and will contact you if additional information is required."

Trying to create tracker account with my UCI and Application number, getting the below error, received AOR yesterday
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

I was able to login to tracker today morning, so to login or create an account in tracker you need to give two days from AOR
