Got my AOR at 7 am EST today

Hello,
I had submitted my application on Oct 1 and got the AOR in Nov 6. Now I can see people get access to eCAS within 2 days. Even the Nov 7,8 AOR could create their eCAS account. However, I have not been able to do so. Can someone please help me with it? I have a feeling there is something wrong with the system or the way I do so. I use this link using UCI/App number:

I got a ghost update and nothing has changed on my Tracker account. What does it mean at this stage (4 days after AOR)?

This might be a rookie question, what is the slowest step in the application process?

Background Updated Nov 8

I always thought Background would take the longest, but Im learning that its not the same as security clearance, is that correct?

I got my AOR on Friday 7 am, but cannot register to the tracker-suivi, still says incorrect or invalid information. Is this normal?
