Yes on 24, it's just an automated email with case details. Not sure, if it's that imp milestone..

I've seen people getting their passport request with couple of days after receiving the correspondence letter
Oh then, I have not received this email. I just got an acknowledgement letter stating the application details.

Just had a quick doubt about my mothers Visitor Visa. I'm on an Open work permit (yet to get a job) and my husband has a closed work permit. I would want to call my mother here next summer. here are my doubts:
1. Who should invite her? - My husband or me ?
2. What should I do to avoid a rejection ? - Anything to be cautious about? (I will show a flight itinerary to show the return)
