Has anyone got a test invite from Hamilton office?

Applicant here waiting for test invite from Hamilton office. In process since Oct 2019.

Contacted IRCC last week & was informed that everything is in order. The agent advised me to wait patiently from Hamilton office & gave no deadline on when to expect test invite citing low operating capacity due to Covid 19.

I have a question , I applied for citizenship in Oct 2019 and I am awaiting the test invite. I applied for my 10 year old son as well a month after in November 2019. My question is once I am granted citizenship, will my son be automatically granted citizenship as well ? He wasnt included in my application ?

Also, our PR cards will be expiring in May this year and do we need to get them renewed now or just wait for the test invite ?

This is why people do recommend to send all applications in one package, I suggest you to call customer care and make sure they combined your application together

Yep, I know this response by heart now because I have been told the same many times. I saw some July 2019 applicants get their test invites from Hamilton office, so hopefully our turn will come soon ...

My husband and I got the test invitation on January 8. Passed the test on 31st. Don't worry yours will arrive soon.

Edmonton Office, Very next day of my test.. They asked for my identify proof to be sent as it was not clear while upload during the exam. That's the last email from Edmonton CIC Office. After that, it still in process

Worthwhile following up. Do follow up and let us know what they say.

My guess is : they are pooling candidates for the Oath ceremony. That's probably where things are held up. Re ecas update, the practice of agent varies so some update frequently but others dont.
