Mine's still in process from January 2, test. Winnipeg office.

My guess is : they are pooling candidates for the Oath ceremony. That's probably where things are held up. Re ecas update, the practice of agent varies so some update frequently but others dont.

With Edmonton office though, it seemed they were receiving their DM's and invites fairly quickly.

I wrote my test dec.21, 2020 send additional doc. Dec.23, 2020 then another additional doc on Jan. 21, 2021 then today at 11 am i received the letter for interview

I hope that after all this time they don't ask for documents/interview for me... I hope I'm just waiting for the oath. Don't panic about the interview, I think they're just for confirmations of your documents/travel.

Yes, interviews are nerve wracking, but my understanding of these is they're just confirmations as that's what they did in person. You'll be ok!

I took my virtual test on Jan 15 and will have my virtual interview Feb 18. They asked to see documents - I suspect the same for you?
Seems like standard procedure, nothing for us to worry about. When is your interview?

How do you know which office is processing your application in Toronto?

Got that info from IRCC.
I had called IRCC on Jan 15th 2021. Till that moment the Mississauga office had yet to start sending test invites. I believe they have started as a few from August and a couple from September have received invites till now.
Fingers crossed, hoping to get invite soon.

Yeah MS teams not good at this kind of stuff just the easy one like messenger on FB just 1 click lol...but i have time to google so lets see
