You can, you will attach supporting document to the email : provide your UCI number, DOB, Name, Country of birth and below explain to them that you are submitting more documents to be added to your initial application.This is what i did just recently.

**Update for Quebec applicants** I just checked the Government Quebec website and it states they are reviewing applications for spouses that were received as of Nov 9th:

"The Ministère is currently processing the sponsorship applications of spouses and common-law partners as well as dependent children received by November 9, 2016"

Hopefully we'll hear good news from them soon!

Not here, but I am seeing so many DM in the applicants 2 and even 1 months previous to us so I remain hopeful.

Guys, its been a while when i checked my ECAS i noticed that on the bottom there is Date Modified the last i checked it was dated 11-04-2016 and now i just checked it is 01-05-2017 . what does it mean.
