Open, review of eligibility 'in progress', meds passed, interview not needed at this time, background not started.

All as I expected. From the US applicant timelines I have read, I won't expect to hear anything for another 2-3 weeks about the background check being 'in progress'. So here is waiting and hoping for everyone else.

Yay!! Finally! So did the one space work for you? Yes, and the "In Progress" won't change for a while. How about ECAS, do you have access to it?

My app is linked on CIC for me, but it isn't found when I try searching for the ECAS. I think I'll give that one a bit...

October Ottawa VO applicants: has anyone received an actual AOR2 email from the Ottawa VO after SA approval?

My husband was in Cuba for 6 years so that's the reason I need to provide a police certificate from there...6 months isnt that long...i dont believe you will have to provide a police clearance from here...double check with CIC to be 100% sure.

Thanks guys! I called CIC and they told me that I don't need the one in Canada.

The third line of our update page appeared today to say they started to process my husband's application November 29

I guess that is our AOR2 confirming it arrived in Sao Paulo.

Any OCT applicant .... got mail to submit pending documents like police clearance certificate if not submitted/ or to pay RTPR fee if not paid ?

yes i got the same......and i submitted RPRF only as i submitted my pcc during application. May be its a computer generated and common for all. so no need to worry about i guess.
