is there a time limit or a lockout for ecas? It finally let me in like 10 minutes ago and when I went to go back in it said it could not find me using my information. odd.
This is great! I will be following - we are also a Canada/US couple in QC. I haven't gotten SA yet but myCIC changed to "In Progress" so I think we're just going to get all the forms ready for the QC process to hopefully send out ASAP once we get the letter we need.
As per CIC, third party channeller is not accepted by FBI for Non-USA gc or citizens. The best way to submit fingerprints is to go to a center which obtains electronic finger prints and within few months you will receive your report.

Just got 3d line on e-cas. (We have started working on XX application on 14.Nov) That is considered as AOR2 correct? Since Vienna apparently doesn't send out AORs?

I dont believe so. AOR2 is when they begin working on the sponsored application. That line simply means they have started working on the sponsors application. I got the same last week.
