All I see in the COPR is COB: INDIA. It does not go any further down such as state>District>Town. Just curious how is COPR related to this issue we are trying to sort out

I am more interested to know when one should go there (4am, 5am, 6 am) to ensure a slot for walk-in. Also, do we get token or sign somewhere to make an entry in the queue?

for Brampton, even 8 or 9am is also fine, its a bigger office with quicker processing

Man, you have three different place of births in 3 different documents, it will be v difficult for you to get this done without some changes

Went to brampton bls at 7. They open at 8 and I was in by 8:15

Hey can you please tell me the list of documents you uploaded and what was the missing document. I’m doing it for my child now and trying not to miss anything. Thanks.

List of documents to upload are fairly straightforward- child Canadian passport, parents Indian passports, marriage certificate and birth certificate. Hope I didn't miss anything.
In my case, as my wife is a born Canadian, consulate (mistakenly) requested her Indian passport (which never existed).

Hi guys, how long does the OCI takes to process these days? I am outside Canada Sep mid to Oct mid. I do not believe BLS will hold the OCI for a few days/weeks. I do not know whether Purolator can drop in the mailbox.
Can I apply Aug 26th or apply early September right before I leave Canada?
