I think i lost it and i am picking up the oci for my daughter

Hello .. do we need any reciept when picking up OCI booklet from bls centre? Do they only check ID?

The last time I picked up something was ages ago and do not recall clearly --- take something showing the file number and have your ID with you.

My current application status on BLS Website is “Processing at Consulate General” update on 10-Oct-23.

I submitted postal application via Purolator on Sept 4th 2023 (Toronto)
Date of ack on OCI website: Sept 22
Received original Canadian passport and citizenship certificate around Sept 26th. My current status shows “Under Process”
What does this mean and what happens next?

Current projection: Processed around Oct 13, OCI in hand by Oct 20, assuming all goes well.

Wanted to know the timelines for OCI application for infants?
Is it little faster compared to adults?
Anyone here submitted OCI application for infant in September got the OCI card?

I have submitted my OCI application to brampton on 28th sep through post.

Honestly i don't want that to happen because there is no one to recieve it thats why I opted for pickup. Hope i can go there to collect it directly. But they haven't updated with "ready for collection" at BLS

From what I read yours is in Vancouver right?
I am just sharing my experience for my child's OCI from Ottawa. I had opted for delivery. I waited for a week to get that delivered from BLS. But after counter delivery to BLS, nothing changed even after a week. So what I did was, I went there and I told them that when I called yesterday an associate told me that it is ready for pickup(it was a lie).
Luckily they believed it and gave me the OCI, they didn't say anything.

I can confirm that in the case of Brampton.
