Still waiting on my SA. BUT! I received a correspondence January 25th saying that the additional document that I sent in by the online form was matched to my file. I imagine my SA will come soon enough. It's painful to wait, but at least I'm not alone in this process.
So i just found this forum and the simply amazing Google spreadsheet a couple of weeks ago, and I would like to add our details to it as the more info is in there the better.
I am a UK citizen (pure fa Glasgow pal) and my wife is Canadian we have applied for the family visa. My wife's Sponsor part has been approved and we have moved to the last stage.
Info so far.
Paperwork sent to Mississauga: 8th of November
Paperwork received Mississauga: 12th of November
Sponsor approved: 20th January
Processing office: Ottowa.
I just wish we had found this tool when we first started filling out the paperwork, it would have made life much easier...
A big thanks to the admin's for maintaining the forum and the very very helpful spreadsheet!
I can't wait until I can change my row to the pink for in process... so glad to be over this hurdle!!! Seeing your loved ones on a regular basis shouldn't be so difficult!!

I figured better safe then sorry and included our entire chat history, at something around size 8 font it was 600 pages long. I remember reading on this forum someone's GCMS notes said the officer shredded excess chat logs, so I kind of expect the same thing from ours.

Just got my AOR!
Wondering how many days to wait to get SA after AOR?
For a 5 year relationship I included about 100 photos as I didn't want to overwhelm them. I also included our transaction history from Western union for the past 5 years which I ordered free of charge from them. I included all pages of my passport which totalled to 14 visits over 5 years and all rental agreements for places that we stayed when I didn't stay with hubby. I also included about 10 pages of calls letters of support from close friends and my mom. I'm hoping the amount of trips to jamaica will speak volumes as well as the amount of years that went by before we actually got married.
So I did common Law. I did about 30 pages of chat logs, 15 pages of proof of money transfers, 100 photos, about 40 pages of bills for our residence in both of our names, 20 pages of letters coming to our address, 30 pages of hotel reservations/tickets proving our visits, and 10 pages of important docs with our shared address. And then misc stuff like ticket stubs and other documents.
