Hello guys,
I would greatly appreciate if anyone has an answer to this? I submitted my application last month and I uploaded a digital photo but forgot to upload a separate document that has the photo information. Is this going to be an issue and will they return my application or ask for ADR? I haven’t gotten AOR yet. What can I do? Thank you...

Hey @Stay_positive,

You can raise a web form without an Application number, just use your UCI number and add the documents to it. Else just call the IRCC and ask for a temporary application number and use that number along with the UCI number to add the documents through the web form.

Hello Everyone,

Need help on our situation here! Greatly appreciate if someone can answer this.

My husband had his PR application (PNP Non- EE- single applicant) in process from June 2024 , he received his biometrics request in December 2024. I met him in November 2024 and we got married a week ago. I already have a PR. He also received Prearrival Arrival Letter in second week of January and shows now background check in process. As we need to update his marital status to IRCC but I am thinking do we need to do that? I will not be added to the application. I won't be required to be as an accompanying applicant as I already have my PR.

anyone from April 2024 move beyond the background phase?

My timeline on tracker

- Application submitted - April 23, 2024
- AOR - Aug 16, 2024
- biometrics - completed - Aug 16, 2024
- Medical- completed - Jan 02, 2025
- Background check is under progress
- on tracker ( Eligibility has not been started yet ) and on gckey (we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility )

What is the expected timeline/pattern that is going on currently?

Hey! I submitted my documents a little earlier (March 2024) and am at the same stage. The only thing is that on January 22 they asked me for a new passport of my country, because the old one is about to expire - I think this is a sign that they are considering me.

Also, my friend, who submitted on February 20, 2024, has already received ecopr

I had a question @Miss bee If someone gets their application returned for whatsoever reason when applied for PNP PR ( after OINP nomination ). Do they need to get another OINP nomination and apply for pr again? OR would they just have to resubmit the PR application and use the old nomination ( asking as the nomination is only valid for 6 months ) what if it expires

Since you submitted your PR application two months ago, correcting mistakes on IMM 5669 (Schedule A “ Background/Declaration) as soon as possible is a good idea.
1. Steps to Correct Your IMM 5669 Mistakes:
1. Call IRCC to Request Your Temporary File Number (if AOR is not received yet).
This may help you submit a webform with your updated IMM 5669.
If you have your UCI number, try using that in your webform request.
2. Fill Out a Corrected IMM 5669 Form
Ensure all details are accurate, especially in the Personal History, Address History, and Work History sections.

3. Write a Letter of Explanation (LoE)
Explain the mistakes you made in your original submission.
Apologize for the oversight and clarify the correct information.
State that you are proactively providing the corrected form to avoid misrepresentation.
4. Submit via Webform
Attach your corrected IMM 5669 and LoE.
Select the correct category: Permanent Residence -> Express Entry / Non-Express Entry -> Upload Documents.
2. Personal History Section (IMM 5669) Date Format Example

This section should not have any gaps and must be in YYYY-MM format (Year-Month)
Example:

From (YYYY-MM)To (YYYY-MM)Activity TypeCity & CountryEmployer/School Name (if applicable)
2020-092023-05WorkingToronto, CanadaABC Corporation
2018-062020-08StudyingVancouver, CanadaXYZ University
2016-012018-05UnemployedNew Delhi, IndiaN/A
No overlapping dates
No gaps between time periods
@Miss bee, you said that it should be no overlapping dates, and I listed all my jobs that I was working when I was in school here in Canada. So, my school years were from 2018-2023, and I worked part-time 4 different places during these years. Should I consider to resubmit my IMM5669?
