I applied in July, had a baby in September, and got the birth certificate in late December due to the Canada Post strike. I've already submitted (webform) my baby's birth certificate. Is that all I have to do or are there any forms I need to update? My baby is a Canadian citizen.

1. You need to inform as soon as the baby is born
2. Birth certificate, Passport, Medicals, photos and two forms (IMM 0008 and IMM 5406)
3. They usually give around 1 month in total.

4. Need to pay mandatory fees to add the baby in your application.

What fees do I need to pay if my baby is already Canadian?

Oops! Sorry my bad, I missed that part of born Canadian.

As you mentioned that you had already submitted your baby's birth certificate to them then you no need to do anything more, just wait for their response.

Hey guys, I submitted my application on 1st December 2024 for Non EE under OINP Masters graduate stream and recently changed my house. The application is still in submitted status. Should I update my new house address? If so, how do I do it?

Call them to update.

Processing time for Non EE PR application is now showing 20 months!
Does it even make sense to spend nearly two years in limbo, constantly fearing that a small mistake will result in my application being refused?

This is utterly nonsense from IRCC, they are making it very hard on us with their snail like processing.

I submitted my PR application in November 2024, but I just realized that I made a mistake in the "Address" section of the IMM5669 form (Schedule A) for my spouse. Specifically, the start and end dates for one of the addresses are incorrect.

Can someone advise me on what steps I should take to correct this? Should I submit a web form to IRCC or wait for them to contact me about this issue? Would this mistake affect the application processing?

Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
