Hi Guys,
I am trying to describe my job duties as below. Can you advice what NOC code is appropriate for these duties? Any other suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

- Provide business and technical support to the contract/master agreement setup in SAP and MyKMBS online portal.
- Monitor helpdesk mailbox and communicate with the customers through phone and email to troubleshoot technical issues within MyKMBS online portal.
- Consult MyKMBS End-User Guide to instruct customers on how to navigate through the online portal for online supply ordering, meter read submission and fleet management.
- Resolve daily SAP service tickets related to contract setup issues and notify the customers when issues have been resolved.
- Consult SAP Customer Master Manual to accurately setup new contracts and resolve ordering issues.
- Document common problems with billing and contract setup.
