Noc 2282 Work experience letter

Hi Guys, I need some input on my experience letter. Planning to apply under CEC and NOC 2282. What do you guys think a bou the job duties?

"• Provide technical support to the contract/master agreement setup in SAP and MyKMBS website
• Resolve help desk tickets related to SAP system errors, incorrect contract and pricing setup
• Respond to customer inquiries about setting up new accounts on MyKMBS website
• Monitor MyKMBS helpdesk mailbox and communicate with the customers to troubleshoot issues within the website.
• Consult MyKMBS End-User Guide to instruct customers on how to navigate through the website for supply ordering, meter read submission and fleet management.
• Monitor master agreement team mailbox to resolve and document common problems with billing and contract setup.
• Coordinate first invoice quality control call to ensure contract are setup correctly in SAP

I am currently under the same NOC B - 2282 and actually in doubt if i should apply now or after i get 1 year or experience here in Canada. What is your situation?

About your Job Description, i would put as much detail as possible, specially related to technical aspects of your work, but in a way that the person who will analyze (probably no knowledge in tech) would understand your importance . Maybe try adding some of the descriptions available under your NOC.

Hey I just got ITA as I am reaching 1 year this April. I would say create a profile and stay in the pool.

What do you think, from your perspective, about my job duties? Would you think it is too vague or too specific?

Got the ITA? Thats perfect? Question: Do you have college? In my case i have years of experience and should try to apply through BCPNP.

About your description i think is pretty good. Jus add a few things more if you think is necessary.
