Yes for sure. You can start working the day you come out from the Airport... But am amazed that why students eagerly wanting to do odd jobs.. agar Majdoori hi karni hai tooo India me hi kar looo.... At least if you going on study visa then first fulfill the sole purpose which is obviously study... One must do part-time jobs but at least allow some time to find a good job.
