No, he didn't tell me. He told me to ask my employer to check with MP. I discussed this with my employer. He told, it I'll take too much time, moreover electioms are near.

Dude - you need a new lawyer. An employer would never check with the MP. And your lawyer failed to have you include payslips - as well as failing to tell you about the appeal process. IMO you can thank your lawyer for being refused. Drop him.
when you apply you need to have cover letter explaining you situation that you are on closed work permit at XXX company doing XXX job with dates and all and also mention that you are adding below
1. Reference letter(this should include job duties as well, so that immigration office can determine NOC code),
2. Pay slips of last three months.
3. Bank statements(these should determine that you have funds to support your family).
4. copy of your existing work permit
5. copy of your passport
6. Marrigae certifcates.
7. birth certificate of your children.
8. experince letter of your wife
9. education documets of your wife.
Any relevant documents you have, attach these with cover letter, this will be one big PDF.
My partner son was refused his visa because of paragraph 179(b) which is the strong family ties here in Canada and back home, travel history, and returning after the stay. But my partner is Canadian citizen. I don't understand why it was refused. all supporting documents are provided and that the child is minor. His ex wife the mother of his child was signed consent that she allow her son to visit his father here in Canada. Any similar experience and idea please?
