Same issue . What is the status of the application. It was submitted but now changed to application status updated . Not sure what the update is.

I had Status Updated when I logged in, refreshed the page and it changed to Submitted.

I checked my mom's application today. We re-applied. As I refreshed gckey website, I saw that her first application says "application/profile updated." While the second application still says "submitted." I took a photo of it but when I refreshed again, both applications have the "submitted" status. Is this a ghost update or a good sign?
I don't want to get my hopes up lol.

I got the same update. My dads application showed update and moms showed as "Submitted". When i went back, i dont see any change or update. All status remain same.

I'm in the same situation, and when I checked, nothing really changed in my applications. (both) So I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing. Applying from PH.

Hello! I saw a few individuals report an application status change after the site maintenance activity. Wanted to chime in and say that my mother's application also had the same "ghost" update. Nothing has changed on the application; it was just the status that reflected a change and then upon refresh, it went back to "Submitted".

Today marks the 14th business day since we submitted the webform. Fingers crossed this change in application status is a positive sign and that we all receive PPRs soon.

Submission: June 22nd
Bio: July 6th

2nd application: Portal
Submission: Sep 22nd

3rd application: GC Key
Submission:Oct 6th

No updates on any of the above. CAD sucks big time

Just keep trying, it'll let you login and show the application status after a few tries.

I was frustrated too.. I started using Mozilla browser and i dont see trouble of logging. But chrome and edge need to try multiple times to get in..

I know people do it and get approval.. Did you get letter from doctor showing delivery date and need to accompany the person ASAP. Just upload that letter via webform. That should also work..

Hi, sorry if this has been discussed before but how should I proceed? Applied visitor visa in June 2020. Never received a response. Have submitted webforms as well. Never received any response.

Should I submit a new application or try to contact CIC again? My mom desperately wants to travel as its been a long time since we met.

I also applied in Mar2021, no progress. I am waiting until this month end, before i re-apply. But if its urgent then you go ahead and apply via new IRCC portal
