You cannot get more than 1200 points on EE regardles of bonus points.
PNP candidates are somewhere between 900 and 1050 points.
PNP is a long process and provinces have their specific requirements PNP have also their own specific stream.
I dont think they will award points for siblings as it does not fall in economic immigration stream. And if they do they will not do it now because making changes every day will not be good for their reputation and it is a immigration system not a joke that you can change it everyday. If they make some changes for siblings I think it will be again after 1-2 yrs and whole idea to give more points to siblings is by liberal govt. So if conservatives win in 2019 they will bring it back to where it is now. Because they only support changes for intl students and LMIA cut.
So Canadian graduates already got points on the CRS, so is it those points minus he new additional 30 points that will be reflected or an additional 30 altogether ? I'm at 466 which means I'll shoot up to 496 on the 19th? Wow.

b. 25 points for post secondary credential (1 year or more) & 2 or more years of CWE.
c. 25 points for 2 or more degrees/Masters/PhD & 1 year of CWE.
d. 50 points for 2 or more degrees/Masters/PhD & 2 or more years of CWE.
3. Level of language & Foreign work experience
a. 13 points for 1/2 years of FWE & CLB 7 or higher in all areas with one or more areas below CLB 9.
b. 25 points for 1/2 years of FWE & CLB 9 or higher in all areas.
c. 25 points for at least 3 years of FWE & CLB 7 or higher in all areas with one or more areas below CLB 9.
d. 50 points for at least 3 years of FWE & CLB 9 or higher in all areas.
Maximum possible points on Skills Transferability remains 100 (max of 50 in each section).
