Hello,
I tried logging in to ecas with the file number provided by CIC and using my credentials (applicant's creds). I am able to see see my India mailing address and application received.

When I try to login to ecas with my husband's (sponsors) credentials (his UCI and birthdate) we are able to see his canada mailing address

Does that mean my file has been picked up?

When there is change in ecas on applicant's side, it shows the sponsor partial address in applicants login .
If that is yr case , then let us know...

Oh no I can just see my current mailing address. We were not able to see anything 4-5 days ago. Took this as a positive sign. Still waiting for our PPR though since more than a month now.

I have a travel history of 4.5 years.

Any idea how long it would take?

Hi,

When your application goes to 'In Process' and then to DM, it takes time because of the Travel history. I would suggest to the spreadsheet admin to add a column for Travel history, so that this would help us to know the duration from In process to DM.

Hey fadil even I am still waiting and I do have travel history of 5 years. My ecas went to in process on sep 4th and got phone call from NDVO for passport submission on sep 10th. I specifically asked the lady who called me about my application process stage and she said its all done and we need your passport for visa stamping. So I believe that once it is in process means we are very close to decisions for. Thas another thing that its been a week some they have received my passport and till now no update on my status. God knows when will they pick up my file again to stamp the visa and send my passport back to me. This is so frustrating.
Keep on touch, I'll let you know if I hear anything and you lemme know when you hear something from them.

Hi Nshrma, Its really frustrating. Not able to focus on my dalily life.

Anyways I ll keep posting in this forum, for any updates.

as per the spreadsheet, i guess it normally takes 140 days for a straight forward application to get visa...

I've been a silent observer of this forum for almost 3 months however reading each DM or Address Change has given us hope towards our own application. I just wanted to return the same by saying that our status changed from "Application Received" to "Decision Made" today .

Just want to wish everyone all the best and hope everyone can have their loved one's by their side as soon as possible!

P.S - A special note of appreciation to everyone who have worked towards managing that spreadsheet! Superb Work!!
