there are two type of jobs (Certified professionals like Doc,Nurse,dentist pharmacist or jobs which require specials skill etc ..., & Non-certified professionals like IT,daily wages jobs etc)
So normally for certified jobs u need to get certified by canadian authorities. For Non-certified its depends on your employer.
I have 10 interview nobody ever ask me for my certificates. I am programmer..
Well said. Even I never had to provide any educational certificates to anyone and I am in IT field as well. But it's recommended to have all of them translated in English or French if they are in different language.

Call 1-888-242‑2100 - Select Option 1 for engish - then 3 - then key in your Client ID number - Press 1 to confirm and then wait for the agent. You may have to try mutiple times as higher call volume leads to disconnect. Try calling them on Thursday & Friday - better chance of getting thru.

Can someone tell me if they got this same message before? How do we resolve this issue? I cant get passed this message and if I check the box it will remove the information from the website, I dont want to do that. I want to see the information, thats why I'm loggin in ;D

You are checking ECAS way too early. You need to be approved as a sponsor first. Once you receive the AOR (which I assume you havent got it yet) is when you'll be able to see the status of your application.
