Your chances of being approved if you apply again are very low. First of all, you have already been refused twice by the US. Secondly, you lied about this on your Canadian application.
You can certainly try again. However there's a high chance you're going to be refused so make sure you have a backup plan.
One more thing to be added people who got passport yesterday got there visa and they have the US refusals too, they didn't mentioned that in application.
Why only me rejected because of this ?
I have a plan to apply again can any one suggest me how to make a strong sop with these 3 US n one Canadian refusal.
don't lie in application. for the SOP, just explain the reasons why u were refused for US visa and make sure your SOP catches the reader's attention and make him/her believe that your intentions in coming to canada are legit.
I heard from my counselor and other counselor that After getting refusal as potential immigrant it is very difficult to get visa accepted.Other counselor done visa's previously for potential immigrants but they got refused.
It was a bad choice on your part to lie about the refusals. I had one refusal from US before I applied for Canada, I had no issue with getting the visa. You can certainly try again, but chances are low.
Dude I am no expert, but one thing i know for sure is that you never lie on the application form. Now it will become very tough for you to obtain study permit for canada. You should look for alternatives now,
Good Luck

If you want to apply again - make sure to mention all your refusals in the past. When they have doubts, all the need to do is check your information online because most of these information are shared between countries online
