what are the chances of student visa after three refusals ?
i have heard that the chances are just 1% ,99% refusal again .

Firstly order CAPIS... This will give you exact reasons for visa refusal.... then re-apply clearing all the points the VO needs to see in your application... many students have got visas on third or fourth attempt... prepare a strong SOP to satisfy the VO that your proposed future education will benefit you in getting a better job in your home country... Also show significant ties in your home country so the VO will be sure that you will return back after completion of your studies....

Folks it's interesting to note that the underlying reasons for the three previous rejections are different and suggest that each time study permit application maybe reviewed by a new Visa Officer. Therefore every reapplication must be strong with SOP including all relevant further documents as well as avoiding errors.

How can we show strong ties?

Show ur non movable assets for example every kind of property land house plot shop factory apartment ..more cars bikes and other expensive things such gold diamond etc ..more dairy farm or any kind of business ..all this helps to indicate that u have many things and reasons because of which u will return.... collect all the papers of above mentioned things and go to a Chartered accountant he will sum up all the things and will give u a C.A report which u can attach with u visa file... because there is only 4mb space to upload optional documents..
