If you fully intend to start a business and live in the province then you will get your PR soon enough. It's only going to be a problem to those folks who were just using the program to get PR with no intention of sticking around in Manitoba. Yes it would be preferable to have immediate PR but having all that extra cash to play with more than makes up for it in my view.
Hello, my lawyer says otherwise. He is saying since my application has been submitted I will follow the rules as per submission date.
either way, I am fine, as I am planning to live in winnipeg and manage my own business.
