I didn’t receive any email, just didn’t see the application again, anyone with similar experience?
If application got deleted or canceled mistakenly, will there be an email alert, or will it still be on he portal but with different status?

Hi, don’t worry, your application won’t be deleted, I have managed to get to technical support team through continuous sending of those web forms, they have told me that they are aware of those technical problems that are making data about our applications hidden from us, respectively. It’s not just mine or yours’ problem, it’s a problem that many users are facing these several days. The thing I may propose is probably just to send that web form, if you haven’t done that yet. The more web forms and claims from users they will get, the likelier they will fix it ASAP.

I logged into my account (IRCC), but I don't see my application there in the first table "View the applications you submitted". In the second table "Continue an application you haven't submitted", a new application created (not by me) appeared and the date of 60 days for confirmation of this application was indicated. I do not know what to do.

Hello, yes, absolutely the same problem. I propose to submit a web form, explaining your problem to technical support team. The more web forms we will submit, the likelier they will help us and resolve this issue faster.

Morning guys, joining the thread after I encountered the same with my parents supervisa application. Submitted on 4th July and today we got an email to log in to check the new message. When logged in, there is literally nothing and the application has disappeared. I also tried to call IRCC however the automated IVR won't let you transfer to a live agent.
Hi, guys, just to re-check : still no updates? Idk how in your case, maybe, it works already, but for me, everything remains in the same way - “No data available in the table”. Just let me know, if that is the same for you or something has changed?
Same problem, I noticed I received a message from IRCC on January 13th but now when I log in there is no application or messages.
I called IRCC and they did mention that my mother's TRV was actually approved and they need the passport however I don't have access to messages now.

Could you please let me know how the IRCC phone number and steps you followed. I am unable to reach anyone as automated voice prompt keeps saying the call volume is high and they are unable to transfer it a live agent?

I experience the same issue. It says there is new messages and new status update. When I logged in, both of the applications are gone, it says no data available. This is super scary. We are waiting to submit our biometrics.
