Are there specific times updates happen on the tracker and if so what time zone also or is it purely random

The tracker updates happen once a day around 5-5:30 AM EST from Tuesday to Saturday.

Just wanna share my experience from my online interview today. The lady was very nice and approachable. First question was if i had had any problems with the police before. So i guess that was a doubt she wanted to clear, as I have a withdrawn case before even before getting my PR.
She then verified all my IDs passport', checked my college diploma.
She said she is waiting for a confirmation from Vancouver regarding my fingerprint results, and she will clear my BG. She also made mention that she could approve my application once she get that confirmation. She told me Security has been cleared, which is a big relief for me.
I just check my tracker and I didn't see the famous 'WE ARE WAITING ON YOU" Hopefully i get some update soon.

May 23rd - Application Submitted
May 30th - AOR Received
July 15th - Background completed
August 4th Citizenship Test Status updated to In-Progress
August 9th - Scheduled to take the test between August 9-September 8th
August 20th - Test taken. 19/20.

Are they requesting an interview even after the background check and LPPS have been completed, or does the interview phase conclude once all steps are marked as complete?

Mostly the interviews are before LPP but they can request for an interview anytime, including after LPP.

I am not able to register for tracker from may. tried every week untill now. Tried raising webform but nothing. Shows the correct email to which code is send but never comes.
got the FP and Test done, these emails are being delivered.
Test was done on 4 august and FP on 6 Aug. Test email from scarborough office and FP from vancouver office.
No email after that. For the updates i cant even login in tracker so no updates for me ?
anybody facing same tracker problem, were you able to resolve it?
