May 27, 2023: Application Submitted
June 22, 2023: Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR)
June 22, 2023: Request for new foreign (USA) police certificate
July 2, 2023: Submitted police certificate via webform
July 4, 2023: IRCC email confirms receipt of police certificate
July 4, 2023: Fingerprints requested
July 10, 2023: Fingerprints submitted
July 26, 2023: Fingerprints received (no notification or update in tracker until July 29).
July 27, 2023: Background completed (no notification or update in tracker until July 29).

The same thing happened with my application. My background was completed on July 14. Today I got an update that my LPP are complete. Citizenship Test still says not started. I am hoping there is an update on it soon.

Thank you. I did read on the forum that sometimes the order gets reversed and since the update on my tracker is just a day old, wanted to understand why you feel I should raise a webform? Also, we applied as a family and my wife got a fingerprint request that we submitted last week. So I am expecting that both our trackers may get updated with the test invite together.

Just because it is not common to have LPP before test as it has been mentioned here by a few people and so they do not "forget" you and keep you in a Kimbo without the test invite. It's just a suggestion. You do not have to raise a webform if you do not feel like. You can keep waiting till they send the invite. Goodluck
