Anyone who recently gave the citizenship test can help me with a question? was there a question like “ are u currently in canada?” before we begin the test? I am currently abroad for a vacation and will have to give the test in couple of days and when enquired i heard there is such a question and by giving correct response we can proceed with the exam( ie exam could be taken outside of canada) Any guidance will be appreciated, tia

No. In my time you had to reply to the test email and tell IRCC that you outside Canada which they will approve, before which you should not take the test. But now they have removed the approval part. I am not sure about the question before the test.

You’re well within the normal processing timeline so not sure what you’d gain from trying to contact IRCC at this time. Applications take time. I suggest not focusing on it for a while and doing literally anything else.
