Nothing after this, no update, application is till under review for eligibility. Anyone in same situation?

I am also still not able to register with tracker. I all candidate can see the update but I can’t

my tracker is updated today. I have heard that they have solved tracker issue today. So mostly everyone would be able to access it.

There's little to no correlation for anyone to say that. All depends upon your background check and eligibility completion.

How long it takes from biometrics to background and eligibility checks?
I requested gcms notes since march 21 but still havent got it yet. Is this normal?

Unfortunately, there's no such answer to how long it could take. You'll have to wait and call IRCC to understand where your application is at if GCMS notes are not coming in time.

Btw, GCMS notes are back-logged because there are so many GCMS note requests that they are extremely overwhelmed. You can try requesting CBSA notes and see if those arrive faster.
