BIL submitted 18th April

I tried variations of CAPS, tried using my country of citizenship instead of country of birth. Trying every day and nothing seems to be working.

did you get your UCI number? are you trying to register with that? because i heard that the one that appears in our account is temporary. is it true?

It’s true that at first you get a temporary UCI that starts with CAN.
Everyone who has given biometrics has their permanent UCI number (without CAN). It is written on BIL which I received on April 10th. I thought it would allow me to register in the tracker but it’s been more than 2 weeks now and I still get an error..

Everyone who has given biometrics has their permanent UCI number (without CAN). It is written on BIL which I received on April 10th. I thought it would allow me to register in the tracker but it’s been more than 2 weeks now and I still get an error..

Same problem for me, more than 2 weeks after receiving permanent UCI - but I'm still unable to create an account in tracker

my tracker is updated today. I have heard that they have solved tracker issue today. So mostly everyone would be able to access it.

Update - I was also able to register in the tracker today! Thought it was because the clinic submitted my medicals today, but looks like tracker started working for everyone else here too. Seems like they do it in batches lol
