You don't need to do anything. Clinic will upload themselves using your IME.

I'm not sure if the decision is positive as we only have a change in GCKey profile status - no emails from IRCC yet. I'll provide updated information once the decision is sent to us. Country of residence - Turkey, country of citizenship - Russia

It may be a sign that your completeness check is passed as you have already received BIL and medical examination request

I checked the tracker now - I have a COPR date, so I hope to get Ready for visa email soon. I applied via FSW-Outland general stream

Unfortunately, there's no such answer to how long it could take. You'll have to wait and call IRCC to understand where your application is at if GCMS notes are not coming in time.

Btw, GCMS notes are back-logged because there are so many GCMS note requests that they are extremely overwhelmed. You can try requesting CBSA notes and see if those arrive faster.

I believe the turn around time for GCMS notes is 30 days, as I have requested in the past as well. My question is if I order it today, will it be based on today's date or the date when they process it?
