Same boat, tried once for past few days, no success. I read somewhere that people received another email saying "application has been linked etc" [unsure, don't remember it correctly] email after which we should be able to successfully track our application.
Just received an email from them a few moments ago.

Hi Guys, I did the landing in August 2017, left Canada after staying for a one month period, came afterwards to settle from June 2018 till now. As I am currently preparing my online application, came across the tax section, which has two questions regarding tax filing for 2017:
1) Have you filed taxes for 2017 ?
2) Required to file ?
I haven't filed taxes for 2017, as I was not yet residing in Canada, took the time to read read the data in the the link attached with the "required to file ?" section but it was a bit confusing. what's the criteria for determining if someone was supposed to file taxes for a specific year ?

1) A good rule of thumb is that if you earned income in Canada, then you should file your taxes.
2) I believe the requirement to file tax is when you earn income beyond the threshold where you will not be taxed (although I am not sure if there is any such income bracket in Canada where you can't be taxed). So look at point 1 for guidance.
I had a quick question, I received my AORlast week, but when I am trying to make an online account, it keeps saying wrong UCI/Application number. I have double-triple checked the numbers and had it proof-read by a third person too, it still would not take my UCI/Application number.I had applied online on March 13 2022.
My father submitted online application on March 10, 2022. He received following message in his account -
April 08, 2022
"Hello xxxxx,
Your application for Canadian citizenship is incomplete. We cannot start processing your application for the following reasons:
Physical Presence
In our records, we cannot confirm your time in Canada before you became a permanent resident (PR)."
Now my father, for a part of his eligibility period was here in Canada on a Super Visa. We calculated 50% credit for the time he spent in Canada on a Super Visa. Which is his case was 365 days (Maximum Allowed).
How do we prove his presence in Canada before becoming a PR?
What documents should we attach to show his presence in Canada before PR?
