Yes, just give it a few days and try again. It doesn't link the application right away and usually takes 24 hours or so after you receive your AOR email.

I meet the physical presence couple days ago , however my wife and daughter still need 2 more months to meet the physical presence . Can I apply online for my self and after two months I apply paper application for my wife and daughter or shall I apply paper application my self then after months I apply for them in paper ? Moreover am I eligible to apply for online application for citizenship?

Per the IRCC (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...itizenship/become-canadian-citizen/apply.html), if you want all applications to be treated together, at the same time; you need to send them at once, in one envelope.

I had the same issue. My wife will have her time completed in July. So I applied online myself and will apply for her and the kids in July

Correct. There will not be an issue.

I did see a case where one person applied separately online and rest of family applied on paper, but all were called to oath together.

You have a few options: You can apply alone now, online or paper. If your daughter is a minor (under 18), you could apply for you and her now, by paper. She does not need to meet the physical presence if she applies with you. If you submit her application with yours, make sure you have good secondary ID, many minor applications are returned due to secondary ID being rejected. If your daughter applies with you now, your wife could later apply online.
