1) A good rule of thumb is that if you earned income in Canada, then you should file your taxes.
2) I believe the requirement to file tax is when you earn income beyond the threshold where you will not be taxed (although I am not sure if there is any such income bracket in Canada where you can't be taxed). So look at point 1 for guidance.
how long has it been taking for folks to progress through various stages of the application? I'm looking at the google sheets tracker and I don't see anyone from Jan onwards getting a test invite. What is the rough timeline for the entire process from AOR until getting the citizenship grant?
I know not every one has to do this but on average how long will one have to wait to get finger print request or background check to be completed after the receiving the AOR? Of course, no one can be certain but a ball park estimate. Thank you. Good luck to all.
I received AOR April 20, still cannot link to ecas. I know some people were able to do after 24 hours, no luck even after 24 hours.
Error comes as incorrect UCI and Application #. I guess just have to wait
