Hi everyone....after a long wait and 4 weekly calls to cic..my SA letter arrived by Canada post today..dated May 12...also just yesterday my hubbys part changed to started processing May 18...my aor letter was April 12...file sent in March 17...so anyone still waiting on their SA letter...its probably coming this week in your postal box

Hi There, I hope mine will arrive, I've been waiting for it, they said that they processing ours May 4. But haven't have the SA letter or something, glad you have yours already Good luck to us.

if the Principal Applicant's application is already at the visa office and received notification about it, then generally you can assume SA has been granted. An application wouldn't be forwarded to a visa office if the sponsor applicaiton hadn't been processed.

Have you called CIC for an update on the the sponsor's file? Sometimes SA is granted and CIC neglects to send the letter or it gets lost. They will confirm over the phone if the sponsor has been approved.

My wife got her passport back with visa and COPR. It came back last week but she could collect yesterday only. COPR has condition 51 on it.

I got the SA letter in the mail today. Letter was dated May 13 and postmarked 19 May. And our file has been transferred to Kyiv VO. I also now have the UCI#.

App received March 21, started processing Sponsor April 14, in process on PA side May 12.

I got SA letter in the mail today. Letter was dated May 2 and postmarked 19 May. File transferred to NDVO and we received AOR2 on 10th May. eCAS showed in processing on 8th or 9th May.

let's hope so... good for you.. you know what? my e-case on PA side still shows "application received" today; not "in progress".
so who knows what's the delay is... now you can relax too; cuz your application is going forward.
