No need to panic!if your VO is London I will suggest you wait patiently for ppr.Once you are deemed medically admissible to canada you are almost good to go.E-cas is not always accurate in LVO .
Nothing to worry about. You will get your PPR very soon. Decision made after medicals is nothing to worry about. If they have any issue with your medicals they will generally contact you first before making a final decision. Depending on the visa officer, sometimes e-cas can be updated to DM before PPR.

Now, once I have submitted my medicals, how long does it usually take for the medical recieved line to appear?
& how long does it usually take for them to send me a PPR?

Congratulations on the receipt of MR.The timelines for LVO in terms "medical results have received" and ppr is not set in stone. It depends on variety of factors ranging from satisfactory medical reports to the individual VO in charge of your case.Generally speaking it could take 2-3months or less.
All the best with the Medicals

Congrats Basmalahh on getting the MR.
In my case, "Medicals Received" line appeared in ECAS exactly one month after the results were delivered at the LVO. Whereas PPR took another month after that.

1- Which Courier is best to send our Passports to London Visa Office without any hassels and with Safety?? (From Dubai to LVO)
2- Along with Passport request they have forwarded me the "Information Update Sheet" where there is a space to fill file number but in this form file number first alphabet is "B" rest 9 digit i have to fill by myself, whereas my file number starts with "E".. any of the member faced the same situation?? Please advise??
