My medical recd line appeared on ECAS on 24 May now today I can see the status DECISION MADE and inside it says.. Decision has been made on your application. The Office will contact you concerning this decision...
Does that mean I can get the PPR anytime now.. how long do i have to wait...
is this the normal practice that status change into DECISION MADE before sending PPR....

Alhumdulilah, By the grace of All mighty ALLAH, i received PPR Step 1 via email yesterday on 18.06.2012. I am a Quebec applicant from Pakistan.

Got CSQ after Interview in Abu-Dhabi April 2009
App filed for frderal part July 2009.

2nd Interview in CHC Islamabad Nov 2011

PPR Step 1 June 2012.
What i have noticed from most forums is that after RPRF DD is encashed, it takes 4- 6 weeks for issuing PPR.
Please note that this is only in case of london visa office .
So if we can find out our RPRF DD encashing date then we will know our approx. PPR date.
You can check with other members timeline who got their medical & RPRF request in JAN/FEB .
Thanks Sanabelj! I have my receipt copy of the DD I sent with the number on it. The amount was debited off my account instantly when they (HSBC) made the DD for me. When asked how can I track if it has been encashed, they were clueless! (typical Dubai Customer Service phenomenon). Hence, I am also clueless if I have to visit the bank again with the receipt so they can track it internally or it could be done online - like we track our courier airway bills.
The same thing happened with me , they didn't have any clue.
Then i went an Advance account service in charge and told them that i had given my DD to an agent and what to know if it is really sent to CIC london or not .
He told that they will have to investigate the issue as they can do that , so this officer sent an investigation email to the head office .
It took 3 days for them to come back with the details.

No need to panic!if your VO is London I will suggest you wait patiently for ppr.Once you are deemed medically admissible to canada you are almost good to go.E-cas is not always accurate in LVO .
