I got medical,RPRF and PPR request together, i did my medical 7/6/2012 and i sent RPRF last Friday i will send my pp next week, is there any security check.. after this? I lost my passport and i am waiting the new one, can it affect my last process sending a new one? will i send police report together with passport? and how long it will take to get medical received line?
I think they are just in the process of verifying the results of the medical, so don't worry.
I was just thinking , could it be that they did not receive the medical report for one of your family members, but then later I thought that if that would be the case then they should have written back that" We're awaiting medical results of one member of your family to be received'
Anyhow maybe it would be a good idea to also check with your doc if they sent all the reports. However I feel they are just verifying the medicals, dont worry .

Had a doubt, have to fill in the updated information chart. The given name mentioned in my passport is my surname and in the surname section , the word surname is striked off and my given name is written. Basically, I feel the guy just wrote my name in one flow and striked off the surname for his own convenience, looks like that .
I had sent an email to LVO and told them that my first n last names were switched , so they corrected that.
Now when I fill in this information chart should I stick to my actual given name and last name or how it is in the passport coz they have mentioned in the form that write the names as mentioned in the passport exactly.
What to do
Also as what I know, there is no need to send the old or expired passport , right?

I have seen other members of this forum mentioning that they send a CSE on their own despite having a representative , so I guess you can send it too .
