Hey MIK
I had maintained my funds in the account coz they can ask any time during the whole process, so its always better to keep the funds . I too had a doubt so asked some of the seniors here who advised the same.
Although the possibilities of asking POF again is dim.
I received PPR from the standard LVO email address and there was no subject line .
Yeah, thought so. Just that I've been maintaining my current account, rather than having put some amount as FD. However 6 month statement + networth statement should be fine I hope.
My correspondence with LVO has had my file no + PA name on subject line from beginning. Let's hope they use the same when (WHENEVER) thry communicate next. :
Yeah, Aziz does ring a bell. He received my updated shedule-A + PCC + add docs. Perhaps security or reception guy? :-X

Your visa office is London too? Going by your profile it says Kingston Jamaica.
Anyhow, as you have seen in the forum, some applicants received correspondence from their program assistant's personal email address. If that's the case then just mention your file number and send your enquiry , but advisable not to send in multiple queries of the same nature and specially if your time frame has not lapsed.
In my case , the correspondence from London Visa office has always been through the standard email address which is re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. So i just filled up a Case Specific Enquiry on the website and asked for a status update , thats it , just one liner.
I live in Dubai and have applied for Canadian immigration from Dubai itself. Most of the applicants from gulf forward their applications to London Visa office. If you will be moving out of London soon before you get your visa you should update your current address.\
If you want one of your friends to follow up your application, I am sorry cant advise you on that , maybe other senior members can advise if this is possible.

you just mentioned something that's new... How do you fill uo CSE on the website? what's the URL? Is it an online form?
I was just wondering if I should reply to mu prog assistant and ask for a confirmantion if they have received the meds and it is just the assessment which is due. Worried they may have lost one of the meds that they's said is 'awaited being assessed', as has happened with some applicants. ???
The link for CSE for London : http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/contact_visa_contactez.aspx
You go to this link and use a web form to fill up a CSE and submit it . If you wanna use the web form directly , here is the link https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=london
Morning Lovie!
No further updates at my end yet. No response from LVO after I followed up upon my lawyer's recommendation.
Leaving for bank in next hour to query RPRF DD encashment.
When are you expecting your PP's back?
