Hi Hassan,
Why not go in PPR and got your passport then move to canada and let your wife give birth there. I think it's a wise plan as your sun will be canadian from the first day of his life. Please think about it
I'm obliged to notify vo of my wife's pregnancy. And the expected date of giving birth is 5 month from now.so wouldn't be able to finalize the wholeprocess and do landing by that time.plus our plan was to land in summer sometime in July.
Hope things will go smoothly. What abt urban case and from which country you are?? Are u planing to land in 2012?? And where??
Hi van ,
I'm also on the same boat with u, i applied in Damascus v.o and then they transferred my application to Warsaw v.o in Feb. 2012 anyway they send MR on 1st of May 2012 and they received the results around 13th of May .
Since then no reply they've only changed my ecas to: medicals received in the last week of May
Usually It should takes from1-3 months to get PPR but now it's almost 3 monthsand no reply...
Anyway , there's nothing we can do but waiting..
my case i sbit different.. my husband applied to Damascus Vo, the case was transfered to warsaw in 2009 got his medicals ppr visa january 2012.
the difference is that we got married in april 2012 before he lands so we notified the Vo which asked us to submit more documents.. in early june i got my medical request which was submitted late june 2012..
till now we didnt receive anything. major concern is my husband's medical will expire by the 26 of september 2012.
I advise that your husband go ahead and land before medicals is expired, otherwise he will loose the PR visa if he didn't land before 1 year of medicals...
write as well for the VO explaining the situation and wait for a reply, its uncommon that they will issue your visa before sep 26th!! so i guess your husband need to move fast..
ya well except he cant land without his landing papers (other than the visa). These papers are now in need to be updated since his status has now changed, and the current documents are no longer valid (not the visa).
